Oh! This was a great post to read... I am looking for a new machine. Our older daughter has my old singer. I would love to have one that does embroidery, so that I can do some monogramming for grandbabies... we dont have any yet.

Does this one do embroidery?

Blessings & Aloha!

I must admit, I frequently visit your blog, but I've never commented... But this beautiful machine had me drooling and jealousy was oozing out of every pour... So I just had to say it- Lucky!

I've had my eye on that machine for years...one day I hope to have enough pennies to get one.

Enjoy! I look forward to seeing what you create with it.

I've had mine for quite a while and I really like it. My only frustration is that I cannot, on occasion, adjust the acufeed foot quite enough so that the top feeds evenly with the bottom. I am wondering if this is just my machine?? I usually have it cranked all the way clockwise and still get puckers now and again.

I didn't know they made a special bobbin case for FMQ, I will have to investigate!

Stop it. I also just bought one of these for a reeeeeeeeeeeeeealllly good price. But that means I have to wait until May to get mine. Mine's going on a quilting cruise. To think my machine will have been to more countries outside the US than I have visited.

It just makes her all the more cool.

CANNOT WAIT!

Awesome new machine! My machine has the auto cut and also thread - after my nearly 20yr old machine, those two things alone made it feel like heaven! But I would love a nice, quiet even feed like your machine :)

So after you've played for a while, post again! Everyone gets new machines, says they love them and you never hear anything after that. How do you love it over time, what things would you change, what do you miss from your old machine?

I've only bought used machines up to this point and am getting to a place where I can justify buying a brand, spakin' new one for myself. Curious minds want to know :)
